Barcelona Discovery is a Spanish commercial company. Its main activity is organizing Land, Air and Sea experiences in Catalonia.

Purchasing through this website implies full acceptance, without reservations, for you as a user (hereinafter, the “User”) and the validity of each and every one of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

In order to apply for our services, the User declares to be 18 years or older and to have the legal capacity to hire the services offered in accordance with these Conditions of Sale. In the case of purchase by a minor,Barcelona Discovery will hold no responsibility; the minor or their parents/legal guardians will be responsible for the legal consequences and expenses.

If the User does not accept these Terms and Conditions, they should not access and/or use the services and/or content offered by Barcelona Discovery on the portal

On-line reservation services are designed to book sightseeing Land, Air and Sea experiences. The actual hiring of the services offered by Barcelona Discovery is regulated by their specific conditions in accordance with the current legislation on the matter, and is likewise subject to the supplementary application of these General Terms and Conditions of use in those cases which are not covered by the said legislation and as long as they do not contradict it.

The User will be able to view and print these Terms and Conditions and will have to expressly accept them before completing any reservation.

Reservations may only be made once the User has provided their bank details and has accepted these Terms and Conditions electronically.

By using the service, the User will receive an e-mail fromBarcelona Discovery confirming the booking. The User may also receive a receipt from the bank or financial institution that provides the payment gateway which will include confirmation that the order has been made. Any of the abovementioned validly issued documents may be used as proof of reservation.

The hired services shall not include any service that is not specifically listed in the booking confirmation.

At the time of booking, the User and consumer must pay the price for the service hired.

Payments can be made through the website with credit card or by Transfer.

Barcelona Discovery selects its transport providers very carefully in order to offer the best possible service to its customers and provide fully satisfactory experiences.

The User must be in the announced place of the departure at least fifteen minutes before the scheduled departure time. If the User fails to arrive at the meeting point as early as required and is consequently unable to make the tour, the terms detailed in section Cancellation Policy  of this document concerning attendance and withdrawal will apply.

The User shall comply with the instructions given by Barcelona Discovery or the transport service provider for the proper development of the tour, as well as the regulations that are generally applicable to Users of the services contracted. Most particularly, the User must be respectful of the other participants and behave in a way that will not be detrimental to the course of the trip. The User must comply with the following requirements at all time:

Smoking and alcohol consumption is not allowed in any of the means of transport. Barcelona Discovery reserves the right (and delegates this right to the bus driver and designated agents) to refuse transport to any person who is seemingly under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances and/or whose behaviour implies a threat to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers. Under such circumstances, Barcelona Discovery reserves the right not to refund and not to provide an alternative service for transport.

The User will be liable for damages caused in the course of abnormal behaviour or vandalism.

No pets are allowed in the bus.

As a guest and client of Barcelona Discovery I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied and agreed to participate in the service designated on this booking request. I am voluntarily participating in this trip with the knowledge of the numerous risks and dangers involved.

All Barcelona Discovery guests and clients are responsible for: Having or contracting their own personal insurance policy to assist them in the event of injury and/or accidental death while being hosted by Barcelona Discovery or subcontracted guides and guide services of Barcelona Discovery. Barcelona Discovery  assumes absolutely no responsibility for injury or accidental death. Insurance for injury and accidental death is offered through a third party provider that is indicated on the Barcelona Discovery website or information for such insurance can be provided upon request. Clients are responsible for choosing a trip that suits their abilities, fitness level and state mental health; communicating any physical, mental or emotional limitations by fax or on-line to Barcelona Discovery prior to trip departure; If you are booking a tour or services with BArcelona Discveru for someone other than yourself then be aware that you are making choices for that person(s) regarding physical ability, interest level, price and booking conditions and injury and accidental death insurance policy purchase or waiving of injury and accidental death insurance; arriving at the trip start with the appropriate clothing; respecting nature and the laws of areas visited; following environmental guidelines and regulations while on the trip in accordance with leader direction; and respecting the rights of all other clients and tour and/or service participants.

Barcelona Discovery  is not liable for bodily injury, accidental death or property damage or theft as a result of (but not limited to): falling, physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; travel by train, auto, boat or other conveyance, or by bicycle, ski, horseback, foot or other form of active or adventure travel; consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; breakdown of equipment; high altitude; lack of or limited access to medical attention in remote locations; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided. Barcelona Discovery is not liable for additional expenses a guest may incur as a result of a late start and/or late return due to natural disasters, weather, traffic, illness of a guide or other guest while en-route or any other delays due to circumstances beyond the control of Barcelona Discovery or the Barcelona Discovery guides. Barcelona Discovery reserves the right to make transport, route, restaurant or any other modifications as necessary to improve the trip’s quality or to accommodate weather and the comfort and well-being of guests. Guests of Barcelona Discovery give express permission for Barcelona Discovery to use photos submitted from tours, to take photographs or video recordings of its trips for marketing purposes, as well as approving such use by third parties with whom Barcelona Discovery  may collaborate with, without financial remuneration.
