Vella 59 , 3º, 08471 Vallgorguina- Barcelona (Spain), where the applicant may exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification, and opposition. The data provided will be used for the purposes of performing the requested service and eventually for commercial and marketing purposes. The data may also be used to carry out customer satisfaction surveys for the preparation of profiles that allow us to adapt to their tastes and preferences, as well as historical and statistical purposes.

The User and/or client gives Barcelona Discovery permission to transfer personal data to other companies of the Barcelona Discovery group, as well as to third-parties, including international transfers, with the aim of allowing the group provide appropriate services and/of promoting the Barcelona Discovery group’s services.

The data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and/or cancellation by sending an e-mail to info@barcelona-discovery.com or by written communication to the Ctra. Vella 59, 3 , 08471 Vallgorguina,Barcelona (Spain).

Refusal to give this permission will not preclude the enjoyment of the services.

SECURITE MEASURES

Barcelona Discovery, has adopted the legally required security measures in accordance with the provisions of European Directive 95/46/EC and with the Article 82.2 of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the Regulations implementing the Organic Law 15/1999, depending on the sensitivity of the data it provides. Also, we guarantee the confidentiality of personal data even will disclose to the competent public authorities the personal data and any other information in its possession or accessible through its systems that will be required under the applicable legal provisions. Also, the necessary disclosures for the recovery of a debt to a company are excluded.
